      Local staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable.

      Cons

      You do not receive adequate support from corporate, and they refuse to open new requisitions even though funds are available and the need is evident. They only offer 2 weeks of paid maternity leave.

      Coworkers are good people. Enjoy spending my days with them.

      Cons

      Typical corporate stuff goes on. Lay-offs, extreme inefficiencies, cut throat competition brought on by corporate policies that seem to go against a good working environment.
