      Pay is average amongst the market.

      Cons

      Moral terrible. Doesn’t care about you or your time. They create issues and management only looks out for themselves they do not value employees! Management gets crazy bonus and top notch salary but the wealth is not spread Amongst other employees salary wise or bonuses.

      Free hmo, great PPO, tuition assistance for children, very involved team, good pay and bonus,

      Cons

      Older mill that requires a lot of OT and call ins. If you are hourly this great because you can double your salary, but can be stressful and eat into work life balance. Limited room for upward movement due to size of company
