-Hard to gain traction on ideas and they often fall on deaf ears. -Management is out of touch with the employees. They will disappear for weeks, come back, and then try and micromanage without being fully briefed on the scope of the work. One manager is comfortable lying to your face, one is extremely moody, and the other is very controlling. - Company is growing, but necessary positions are not being staffed. -No formal HR processes.
