Everyone who works at Alta Cycling was very friendly and welcoming. Everything you'd want from a bike company. People claim they are paid less than if they were somewhere else, but hard to say. Overall it was a fun group and a PNW staple in the outdoors industry.

Alta Cycling is owned by Regence LLC, a private equity firm headquartered in LA.
Regence was deceptive, predatory, and slimy. Every person I interacted with had questionable morals.
Even worse, they made terrible business decisions.
