Everything that is right is wrong at Alta Equipment. My first day and week, heat is out at the branch. I witnessed the branch manager fighting for upper management's approval to fix it. Meanwhile we had space heaters. No training. Must be self driven individual that is eager to learn. The politics and cliques here are astonishing! If you are not a part of the shadiness you will fight to keep your employment on a daily. Abusive, toxic, unprofessional environment. HR is no help but part of the problem. Unorganized, unsafe, free for all! They will overload you with work and promises that are not fulfilled. Contracts & everything in writing!!! Or you will get taken advantage of like many customers.
