There is a new toxic culture that has developed under its current VP of Sales. In the year since he joined, his leadership has been marked by nothing but dishonesty, a lack of integrity, and a shocking disregard for employee well-being. This VP has been repeatedly caught lying to employees, creating a pervasive sense of mistrust. Worse, they have shown a willingness to fire employees over petty personal vendettas—apparently based on outside opinions rather than performance or merit. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly destabilizing to the teams. Under this leadership, the once-strong camaraderie within the company has been completely disrupted. Employees are now constantly on edge, fearful for their jobs and livelihoods. The environment has shifted from collaborative and supportive to toxic and anxiety-ridden. It’s deeply disheartening to see a company that once valued its employees allow such destructive leadership to go unchecked. Unless significant changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend anyone consider working here.
