Pros
Lots of responsibility and experience with little to no oversight gives you great marketability in future jobs as long as you don't make an error due to lack of guidance Great networking opportunities working with clients and vendors for future jobs All the upper management and HR just likes partying all of the time so it can be a fun place to work since they decide all of the company days off and company events and set the tone... not sure how it stays profitable though at the rate of unproductiveness
Cons
Aim at paying below market average Company is controlled by HR, who doesn't care or understand anything about operations, which is what generates income Great people work there but don't stay long due to backwards management and inefficiency
