Poor Pay, poor management and heavy caseload. management only cares about withholding number of patients and not input of team to offer disenrollment to clients. Complaints and miscommunication between company and clients are always pushed to SW although not described as part of job responsibility. Workflow of procedures amongst members of disciplinary team are not carried out appropriately.
