      Pros

      Large job sites have a wide variety of tasks to undertake and skills to build. Project management usually very organized.

      Cons

      If you work out of town there is no work on Sunday; you will sit around. Large job sites with big crew bring more risk of being 'pigeon-holed'. Requests for time off may be ignored.
