      This job was the worst case of micromanaging that I have ever experienced. Management was extremely belittling and would openly talk negatively about employees in front of them, knowing they can hear. They over work you and pretty much no one ever takes a lunch break due to the amount of work you have. Any slight mistake that was made would be seen as a catastrophic event and then all managers would be alerted of any mistakes even if it had nothing to do with them, They would make us write positive reviews to make it seem like this is an amazing place to work at. This was the worst case of toxicity and gaslighting that I have ever dealt with.

      Pros

      AV listens to their employees and pushes them to grow. So many opportunities for advancement within your career and to meet your personal and professional goals. Put in the hard work, be patient, and good things will come! Management is supportive and values each team members. They want to see people succeed and will give them the tools they need to get there. There is a good work-life balance as well. Being able to flex my hours outside of the existing core hours allows for me to live my life and tend to personal needs, while also prioritizing tasks at work. Overall, I feel valued, supported, and respected here in my role and across the departments.
