Decent benefits, good union - excellent union steward in the Maintenance Department, pay is pretty good. There are few good workers here, office personal are nice and helpful, 2nd shift supervisor was very dedicated and knowledgeable,

Terrible management - horrible leaders! They do not let you own your job tasks, 1st and 3rd shift supervisors are not supervisors as they have no idea on how to manage. Favoritism is big here! They had a good hr manager but he left, and now ms personality thinks she knows everything (HR girl is very negative and mean), Management should resign or better yet let them slit or run the machines. Very hot and management always says they are working on it, but nothing gets done. Too many stupid worthless and meaningless meetings that resolves nothing - nothing at all. Management is focused on engagement survey scores and their reputation instead of focusing on the people, machines, facilities, quality of products. It is disgusting how they treat their folks and how some folks can do whatever they want. If you want to join the freak show - apply here, common sense not needed!
