      Pros

      The paychecks cash. Remote work arrangement.

      Cons

      Terribly unorganized. Awful leadership provides lip service and patronizes employees about being "transparent" - while being anything but transparent. Untrustworthy leadership. Constant changing priorities and layoffs. Staffing is a revolving door. The company is not profitable. No bonusses paid, no raises year over year.

      Pros

      I am working with one of the best managers I have ever worked with. This company also encourages and pays for you to get additional Epic certifications and lets you choose personal passion projects to do process improvement.

      Cons

      Small teams so work load can get a bit crazy sometimes.
