Everything. This company went down hill the entire time I worked there. Your life will be gone the minute you sign the offer letter no matter who preaches "work life balance". If you work here, you'll need a therapist between the unrealistic expectations from upper management, and the schedule you will have to adhere to will drown you. The company has a "Voice of the Guest" secret shop score system that instead of using as a tool for learning and bettering the overall experience of the guest which the company promotes doing, it is instead used as a fear tactic where everyday feels daunting, not exciting.
With the large unexpected paycuts associates were informed of via email, the turnover rate has SPIKED. The company is now retaliating against those leaving, and placed an effective immediately PTO policy so none of these employees will receive their PTO as formerly agreed upon within the companies prior PTO policy.
Many associates are upset with this, but the company forced us all to sign an arbitration agreement in order to be employed (Even if employed prior to policy effective date). With that being said, these employees have no rights to do anything about it and will suffer.
