Micromanagement, burnout, unrealistic and unachievable project timelines with limited payroll hours. A failed mystery shop can lead to termination however we're required to operate on one person coverage due to payroll and still expected to keep up with projects/tasks. There is ZERO work life balance no matter how much they preach it. This company thrives on their giveback campaigns and how they "stand out for good" but sadly I think they've changed their priorities and are choosing to give back to themselves.
