      Talented engineers, technologist and support staff.

      Cons

      Lack of genuine leadership, which directly effects the company culture, productivity and professionalism while eroding away company moral. No career advancement or development opportunities. Decent company to start your career, but experienced personal don't stay long for the reasons mentioned above.

      Good pay, Average benefits for Healthcare, etc. Gym membership program is only useful if you live in Quebec.

      You are 100% in control of your client. They are your employer. Who your client is, matters the most.
