-Great learning experience in fund admin -Developed a lot of skills for my career -Work life balance -Good team management

- Poor pay increase, barley at cost of living increase if you pushed for a higher raise - Overall compensation is not at current market - Workload increase does not get reflected in pay increase -Due to the cons above, this caused many to leave within months of the new compensation
