The flexibility and freedom of working from home is the top tier for me. In addition to working in a place that recognizes the work you do, it feels great to be seen and appreciated.

Grant funded - so it is not long term and the instability of not having long term work can be stressful. Would not recommend it to be the sole source of income for this reason.
