Extremely poor communication between field staff (therapists, nurses) and office staff, schedulers were clueless and threw up to 14 patients on your schedule for one day (NOT possible to see that many physical therapy patients in a single day), slow response to requests for equipment, very poor communication for getting orders.....this lead to patients going without care for days (sometimes weeks) at a time as they waited for new orders. The corporate team and schedulers were in Ohio while the field staff was in Virginia. This was a HOT MESS to coordinate.
