I am new to the Chicago team here and so far so good. Fun small team, everyone is willing to help. Additionally, the team is engaged and proactive.

Results oriented. This can be good or bad, I think it is good.

My friendly co-workers help keep me from being insane.

Because the terrible and useless leadership of AlternativeSoft, most employees here are on the brink of going insane! The intense pressure and overwhelming stress from the bossy management will really get to you once you've been here for long enough. I do not recommend enduring this kind of work environment for your own sake.
