      Inclusive culture, decent benefits, collaborative colleagues

      Cons

      Usual pains of scaling organization, new leaders disrupting the best practices of the built teams, AM (sales) team dominating CS teams (CS not having the autonomy) was one of the worst practices which affected CSMs

      Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

      Cons

      You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.
