Great product - Evolving all the time Supportive & nurturing environment Vibrant and collaborative community You are surrounded by people who genuinely want you to succeed, because your success is their success. It's a little un-nerving when you first arrive if you have not worked in this type of environment before. There is a huge emphasis on collaboration and the wider Alteryx community and especially the Ace's, with whom we actively engage with regularly either in the online community or at events like Inspire which are really great. I have never seen anything like it anywhere else. Lots of new employees are previous users of the platform, so have a great grounding before they arrive, but if you aren't already an established user the learning curve is steep. This is well managed by the huge amount of learning collateral, community posts and weekly challenges to help you onboard quickly, management understand this and are accommodating.
