      The initial salary, benefits, progression pathway were all set out and looked great, with good chances to earn well and generally surrounded with good people

      Cons

      Incredibly US Centric all decisions seemed based on whats going on there with no regard for how EMEA looked or did. we lost tooling, support and recognition due to that bias.

      Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

      Cons

      You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.
