      Product is (was) good and you interact with interesting customers and there is a potential to actually achieve something

      Cons

      Shrinking market, cloud product isn't there, and the private equity company is killing it. Everyone is leaving or being laid off.

      Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

      Cons

      You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.
