Experience as a designer - Designer Altitude Aerospace Employee Review

Working in the past at larger aircraft companies where the work environment can be a bit of a rat race and work can be very specialized. It is very refreshing to work at Altitude where individual ownership of the project is available, and engineers see more of the Big Picture of their efforts. The workplace has a very comfortable setting and engineers are treated with respect and their opinions are valued. Great coffee is supplied too!!!!!

I've worked here for over a year and can find no Cons.
