      - Friendly colleagues - Colleagues are willing to teach you

      Cons

      - ONLY colleagues are willing to teach - No proper mentoring - High turnover rate (only full time 1 developer left) - Bosses put a camera facing to your seat - Meaningless standup on 09:30 (start of working hour) - Report to management even you are late for 1min for work - Not considerate to employees' situations and needs - Bad office location

      Pros

      - trauma bonding among coworkers

      Cons

      - they have a methodology that disregards understanding the needs of clients - not much experience from CEO - when we work from home, she forces us to turn on the camera even if its just scrum.
