As a returning employee, I’ve noticed that the environment feels quite different from when I was last here. While there have been some adjustments to get used to, it’s clear that positive changes are underway. The processes are becoming more streamlined, which is making day-to-day tasks smoother and more efficient and it’s encouraging to see the positive direction the workplace is moving in.

The office can sometimes get a bit too hot during heatwave weather, although the air con does help somewhat.

Since joining I’ve found Altius to be a very positive and supportive working environment with a genuinely welcoming team culture. Although I was initially nervous about joining, it quickly became clear that I had made the right decision. The company has huge potential, driven by ambitious, hardworking people who are passionate about what they do. There is a strong sense of collaboration across the business, and the directors are approachable, supportive, and invested in both the company’s success and employee development. It’s refreshing to be part of a company with such energy, vision, and opportunity for growth.

So far, I genuinely haven’t experienced any downsides. The company culture, support from management, and overall working environment have exceeded my expectations since joining.
