We appreciate that you took time to provide feedback to us. We strongly believe that all reviews offer important information that can be used to improve the employee experience with Zynex. It is unfortunate to read that you were unhappy with a few things, but we are thrilled that you agree we have an amazing group of employees! As you know when you were with Zynex our recruiting team works very hard to find employees that fit well within the company culture, actively participate in helping the company achieve its Mission and Vision, as well as show up every day demonstrating that they have a great work ethic! Typically, negative reviews come from former employees who were terminated for various reasons, such as performance or departmental restructuring. These situations often do not result in positive feelings. We frequently remind current employees to consider writing a Glass Door review of the company, but sadly most people who take the time to go on-line to write a review are doing so to have the final word with their former employer after termination. Being aware of that, we do ask HR to respond to each review, negative and positive, as they are all helpful to us. Regarding advancements, we are a growing company so advancements and promotions are plentiful right now at Zynex. At times, an employee desires advancement but lacks the skill set needed to lead a Department or manage others well. To maintain a strong business, we promote those that are ready for the challenges of managing others after all, it is a tough job. Like many other companies, "wanting" an advancement is not enough to become a lead, supervisor or manager at Zynex. Employees who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, initiative to gain additional skills/outside education, and bring innovative ideas to assist patient’s in pain are frequently promoted. Management has always supported employees with drive and ambition to grow, and will continue to do so. Thank you for the suggestion around training. We are currently continue to develop more product training as well as provide Quality checks as feedback to employees so that they can request training that may be needed.
