Pros

Great relationships formed with co-workers, feel as though you are contributing positively to patient’s lives

Cons

They promote those who have been with the company only a short time and do little for the loyal members of their staff, they manipulate their employees in the name of adaptability, most of their management seems backwards from what would be logical.

We appreciate the time you have taken to write a review of Zynex. It is great to hear that you created close bonds and friendships with co-workers during your time at Zynex. We wholeheartedly support the building of healthy, professional relationships among colleagues as these relationships help build morale as well as contribute to great collaboration within departments. As a fast growing company, we are succeeding because we have so many employees who are adaptive to the changes needed as we scale and assist more than double the patients we were assisting last year at this time. Promoting from within does occur quite often as many new positions are opening. When we identify someone with the right skill set, professional attitude, and see they can get results, promotion is often possible. Others may feel that “time” at the company should equate to promotion, but we actually keenly look for those who behave professionally, identify effective solutions to problems they see, and make aligned decision. Pros

Have significantly turned things around within less than a year allowing insurances companies to trust us again. It was a big task and it was successful. Congrats!

Cons

The company hasn't ironed out their new processes which is okay, the company is starting over. Although, it is to a point where I constantly get angry calls from clinics where they tell us that Altivera/Zynex is awful and has awful customer service. From what I have gathered, it has nothing to do with the people that work there but it does have everything to do with the CONSTANT change in process. Every clinic is confused why we aren't doing it "the old way" (communicating with clinics about what is needed). Now when we receive invalid prescriptions we don't even communicate that with the patient OR the clinic anymore. Nothing against the Sales Reps, they are awesome. Having the Sales Reps do everything seems impractical and it has effected Altivera's efficiency and likely customer and clinic's satisfaction. Altivera Medical just got rid of the department that speaks with clinics, our sales operations team. I am not excited to see how much our customer service and clinic communication worsens, now.
