5yWe appreciate the time you have taken to write a review of Zynex. It is great to hear that you created close bonds and friendships with co-workers during your time at Zynex. We wholeheartedly support the building of healthy, professional relationships among colleagues as these relationships help build morale as well as contribute to great collaboration within departments. As a fast growing company, we are succeeding because we have so many employees who are adaptive to the changes needed as we scale and assist more than double the patients we were assisting last year at this time. Promoting from within does occur quite often as many new positions are opening. When we identify someone with the right skill set, professional attitude, and see they can get results, promotion is often possible. Others may feel that “time” at the company should equate to promotion, but we actually keenly look for those who behave professionally, identify effective solutions to problems they see, and make aligned decision.
