I am currently working at Altocere and after 8 months since I started the Team manager onboarding training, I can say that I had a smooth transition to the company’s culture and easily integrated within the team. I have already had the opportunity to provide inputs and make a change in our company. I would recommend working with Altocere because the interview process is straightforward, transparent and people oriented. The company values its employees, seeks to provide the best perks and focuses on career development and individual wellbeing. Another important aspect is the company’s openness to our feedback which is being noted and implemented. The training and daily workflow are really well structured and organized. I am highly motivated on a daily basis to work along with my peers and reach new professional heights in this fast paced environment, also the fact that I am part of a multicultural and diverse team makes everything so easy to accomplish. Although we face and overcome adversities on a daily basis but we also celebrate great accomplishments There’s opportunity to grow and develop your career, you have the chance to work closely with other teams or departments so overall I would say, there’s always room for personal and professional growth. We also have regular meetings, private sessions, conduct constructive feedback sessions, plan future projects, but we also celebrate the good times with our monthly team building activities.

The only con is the option to work remotely.
