Micro Managing to the fullest. 2min of getting away status in Teams - you'll receive a phone call. Understaff most of the time. Management doesn't seem to care at L1 Support. Too many tasks to handle that cause overwhelming state. Profit sharing (?) not true Definitely no work-life balance. Applying for time-offs are too difficult for approval. They will ask you to ask someone for replacement when applying for time-offs!

Pros

Flexible, allowed to work autonomously. Management approach is more towards getting the job done rather than meeting KPIs. Though the metrics are still there of course.

Cons

Because the responsibilities of each role a vague and there is a lot of overlap it means that managing workload means needing to delegate tasks effectively even when in a technical role. Ability.
