      Pros

      Home time. The people on the shop floor. I’ll be leaving soon.

      Cons

      Treated like a doormat, Don’t get the training you need to do your job. “And they will hold that agents you” 6 months probation. If you don’t do overtime you will not advance. If you don’t get on with your shift leader you will not advance. All the mechanics you use are as old as the ark. A Top 100 company they are not even the best flooring company on Works road Letchworth
