      They make you work many hours, the benefits are not wonderful. There is no room for advancement

      Great work life balance. All levels of management is approachable and considerate.

      As far as Accounting firms go there are not much.

      Flexible with hybrid work arrangements Partners are very approachable Reasonable busy season hours

      Cons

      Managers can be rude Benefits and pay could be better Performance review relies too much on impressions and anecdotes
