      Pros

      Job is easy to learn especially if coming from a WL back ground. Small company on US side and everyone is a team player. Management is great and approachable.

      Cons

      Traveling is sometimes required and mostly a moments notice. Job is oncall which can be hard to plan personal time.

      Pros

      Manager does what he can to help. Great benefits. Most coworkers are great.

      Cons

      High turnover so they keep guys that shouldn’t be in the industry. Will work you extremely hard and long hours. I have seen up to 60 hours before relief gets to you. 15/6 rotation that rarely happens. Days off come with the catch that you can be called in. Some guys have not seen 6 days off in months.
