They take the time to really develop their interns and make sure they learn a lot. Give lots of real world interaction and involvement in all the meetings, financial model, etc. Great CEO

Team culture issue. When a female employee was leaving the firm on her last day none of her male team members stood up to say goodbye-extremely disrespectful
