If you want to work long, inconsistent hours, this is your place.
Cons
No scheduled breaks, even on 10-12 hour shifts, you do NOT get paid for travel time, you’re treated like children, there is no environment of respect, and the place is a revolving door of new employees because anyone with even the slightest degree of self-respect will not stay here long. Sometimes you are asked to be at the “shop” as early as 5:15, and you are required to travel 90 minutes each way to the job site. That’s 3-3 1/2 hours a day where you are driving for the company and you DO NOT get paid. You are taken advantage of and treated as such. You are a cog in the machine.
