Pros
Co-working environment, nice offices, friendly and respectful people, modern workspace, and good overall atmosphere.
Cons
I worked at Alumil as a software engineer. When I joined, I didn’t receive any proper onboarding or training because the team was already busy with an ongoing project, and I was the only person assigned to it. For about four months I handled everything alone, even though I repeatedly asked management to bring another team member which never happened. Later, when I wanted to attend an important bootcamp to improve my skills, the company didn’t allow it because it wasn’t related to their technologies. Overall, Alumil can be an okay place to start, but the lack of support, mentorship, and personal growth opportunities makes it hard to stay motivated long-term.
