No trust for their employees that are considered as consumables. Due to the Greek crisis, and the few jobs in Greece, they are just don't care about the hapiness of the employees. The idea is that... "if they don't like it... let them leave! There are no jobs out, so we are doing them a favor keeping working for us". Many important employees are leaving the company going to the competitors for double money, and nobody in Alumil seems to care about it...
