Pros
There is some excellent talent still present (although squelched into lower level work).
Cons
Funding is questionable, senior management seems unable to navigate a way forward. Primarily, senior management (clinical function & portfolio management) is either absent or focused on supporting questionable talent to lead the way. Kind of surprising considering the extraordinary past experience of many of Alumis’ employees. What a waste.
