Pros
Smart and intelligent people working together to execute a profitable business idea; the model is lucrative and has proven to be successful. You're expected to build on your own and given a lot of autonomy. The corporate office support is incredibly helpful, full of employees punching above their job title and description.
Cons
Leadership lacks diversity, and the fact that 2/3 female executives have left in rapid succession is a bad sign. Long work hours and heavy work loads. You're expected to be on at all times. "sink or swim" culture
