Pros

They exist, therefore people can get a job, whether they are going to want to keep it or not is another matter!

Cons

They are arrogant, disorganised, money-grabbing, devoid of direction or leadership, money is the ONLY value they recognise and care little or nothing for people.

Pros

Hybrid working Salary Okay Hours okay for office working

Cons

The job feels dead end, there's no real development in the role and barely any salary progression. There once was yearly bonuses but this has recently silently disappeared but understandly the company has fell on hard times and no longer apart of Tarmac group. Overall it feels dead end and there's better out there, Not confident with the recent takeover.

Pros

Easy to settle in and get along, the people are great. Home working possible and hours can be flexible too. It helps if you are reliable and have a good work ethic.

Cons

Hard to get into without civil engineering and construction experience but there are occasional open roles in the offices. The company runs apprenticeships and trainee roles for Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
