Pros

The health benefits are amazing here. They pay for your health and you have a very low amount due at doctor visits. Best health insurance I’ve ever had. You sometimes can pick and choose what classes you want depending upon the supervisor. No micromanaging. You run your own show until there’s a problem.

Cons

The campus is horrendous to look at. It’s a dead one because most students are dual enrollment and they make professors drive to high school campuses to teach there instead of staying on campus. Worst part of the job was receiving full loads at a high school campus. Supervisors were easy to work with and not intimidating. Can’t move up at all- no room for growth really. No ranks either. Once an instructor always one unless a dept chair or dean. The yearly pay is low for profs.
