Pros

Work from home. The clients were nice.

Cons

It's an uncomfortable feeling around management. I literally had a health scare that required hospitalization while working at the office and was told I couldn't leave without finding someone to cover my shift. Very uncaring people and hostile workplace. Young Vice President whom dates the owner and with no experience, runs the show.

Pros

You can work from home and it's a small business. Some higher-ups are friendly and helpful when you have questions. It feels amazing helping people and I feel like I'm making a difference.

Cons

The pay is inadequate for the amount of stress and work you need to do. Management will blame you for mistakes even though you have not been trained on it properly. It's uncomfortable be around management sometimes. Management goes on breaks during major holidays while operators are forced to work.
