They give you raises quickly

Cons

Management who dates the owner. They are good liars! They gave me a raise quickly but treated me very poorly. They act like they care but they are just opportunists.

Pros

You can work from home and it's a small business. Some higher-ups are friendly and helpful when you have questions. It feels amazing helping people and I feel like I'm making a difference.

Cons

The pay is inadequate for the amount of stress and work you need to do. Management will blame you for mistakes even though you have not been trained on it properly. It's uncomfortable be around management sometimes. Management goes on breaks during major holidays while operators are forced to work.
