-Flexible, depending on who your manager is, you will probably be able to work from home well, without much micromanaging -Lots of opportunities to interact depending on your business unit -Great bonuses, however low salary in comparison to others
Cons
-No work/life balance especially for exempt employees (you might have PTO, but finding the time to take it and not being expected to work long hours before and after or even during your vacation to get caught up. No chance to unplug at all and even if you have a backup, they are so busy, they will only be able to do so much. -Some managers and Sr management are the problem as they continue to perpetuate the high expectations of this from the agents and/or brokers. -Salary low - bonuses great
