      Pros

      Great place to gain Aviation and manufacturing experience. Very pro furthering your education. Friendly employees and company is very quality oriented. Customers are important. Director of Operations is probably one of the most fair individuals and bosses I have ever encountered.

      Cons

      Really does not have any cons to working here. Management is helpful and likes to promote within. I do think the compensation vs benefits is a con. Benefit costs are high and compensation could be better.

      Pros

      Motivated and dedicated employees who work hard in a poorly managed work environment.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership from VP’ s create a toxic work environment and there is no culture as they can’t develop respect because they are too busy serving their own self interest.
