Ethical pleasant management, easy to get along with co-workers, straightforward communication with respect to what is expected of you; room for growth. Lots of parking available.

The company is growing so they could use a little more "space".

You're busy all day which is good, because 5 o' clock comes quickly.

They lack good business insight and demonstrate poor managerial skills. They don't have a clue on how to running a business (even though, they claim to be in business for twenty years). Quality control is an issue of which they don't know how to deal with. They offer no benefits (what-so-ever).
