Being a smaller company has plenty of benefits but one con is that the workload can add up, however, during busy times performance bonuses are handed out which is excellent!

I have been working at this company for several years now and I am incredibly happy with my experience. The management is very fair and always available, with an open door policy that makes it easy for employees to approach them with any questions or concerns. The compensation and bonuses are also great, and the work environment is extremely friendly and supportive. The work itself is also very stimulating and engaging, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

Working during peak seasons often requires putting in extra hours, but the company compensates its employees well for this overtime.
