      You can pass time. Don't need much potential.

      Cons

      In textile & spinning office culture is very worse. Too much politics. Have to work like puppet under Managers. Very poor facilities. Very slow growth. Think twice before join.

      # Higher management change randomly. # HR, Admin & Compliance department not active as per standard procedure. # Most of rising one not sustain because of week strategically plan. # Working flow not smooth between another department.
