Pros
There was a time that the company adapting a startup culture. Employer are pushed to not just contributing for the company, but also for personal employee growth. The salaries were great though.
Cons
Recent condition was that the company culture shifting to focused more on corporate culture. Kinda hard to level up because there aren't many positions available.
