Pros

Work-Life Balance & Flexibility: The company offers a solid hybrid work model and is very flexible regarding personal needs and working hours. Professional Development: Provides access to basic professional courses and training materials, which is great for foundational learning. Work Pace: The environment is relatively low-pressure with a manageable "slow-to-moderate" pace, allowing for thorough work without constant burnout.

Cons

Limited Career Growth: There is a noticeable "glass ceiling" regarding professional advancement and salary scales for most positions. It can feel like there’s a lack of long-term financial incentive. High Employee Turnover: The company experiences very high turnover rates. It is common to see a significant portion of the team cycle out within a year, which can impact team stability and institutional knowledge. Demanding Commutes: Certain roles require frequent travel between various office locations (such as Tel Aviv and Yoqneam). These long-distance commutes can be time-consuming and exhausting when required.

Pros

The small team was pretty cool to work with. A family led company so it was very fun to work with the two brothers on their international teams.

Cons

The lack of work after the Gaza and Israel war impacted the employees. They had to cut workers to projects and clients deciding not to work with them.
